Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally. Orders exceeding $99 in the continental US qualify for free shipping. For orders under $99 our flat rate of $6.95 will apply.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of dollar amount or size.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on which carrier offers the better service option.
Tracking numbers will be sent via E-mail as soon as order ships.
All orders are processed and shipped same day if placed before 4PM PST Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Mondays.
Backorders
Generally, all products are in stock and ready to ship. On occasion an item may be out of stock. If you would like to be notified of when a product becomes back in stock and available, please notify us using the contact us option.
Return Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. If returning more than 3 items a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Only one opened item of the same product may be returned. All others of the same product must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for refund.
